单列角接触球淮安INA轴承能承受单向轴向载荷。单列角接触球轴承通常与其余轴承成对使用。这种轴承是不可分割的设计,内外环两侧的轴肩尺寸是不同的。肩部越小,滚珠轴承越多,承载能力越高。
Single row angular contact ball Huaian INA bearing can bear unidirectional axial load. Single row angular contact ball bearings are usually used in pairs with other bearings. The bearing is an inseparable design, and the shoulder sizes on both sides of the inner and outer rings are different. The smaller the shoulder, the more ball bearings, the higher the load-carrying capacity.
该轴承具有接触角,适用于承受轴向载荷或单向复合载荷。
The bearing has contact angle and is suitable for bearing axial load or unidirectional composite load.
在结构中,轴承在承受径向载荷后会轴向分离,所以两个轴承将成对使用,或者两个以上的轴承将成对使用。单列角接触球轴承采用预紧法可提高刚度,适用于高精度机床主轴。

通常,接触角为30度(代码A UU)和40度(代码B)角接触球轴承保持架。然而,合成树脂保持架或聚酰胺保持架也在不同的条件下使用。尺寸表中记录的基本额定载荷基于保持架面积。
Usually, contact angles are 30 degrees (code A UU) and 40 degrees (code B) angular contact ball bearing cages. However, synthetic resin cages or polyamide cages are also used under different conditions. The basic rated load recorded in the dimension table is based on cage area.
万向成对轴承主要成对使用。一般配套淮安INA轴承均经过特殊加工。当轴承彼此靠近安装时,任何组合都可以在不使用垫圈或类似装置的情况下实现给定的内部间隙或预加载,以及平均负载分布。
Universal paired bearings are mainly used in pairs. Generally matching Huaian INA bearings are specially processed. When bearings are installed close to each other, any combination can achieve a given internal clearance or preload, as well as an **erage load distribution without using gaskets or similar devices.
当单个轴承的承载能力不足时(槽结构),或当使用两个方向的组合荷载或轴向荷载(背对背或面对面配置)时,使用匹配轴承。
Matched bearings are used when the bearing capacity of a single bearing is insufficient (groove structure), or when combined loads in two directions or axial loads (back-to-back or face-to-face configuration) are used.
背靠背配置:后码为db(如7000/db),背靠背轴承的载重线与轴承轴分离。两个方向的轴向载荷都可以承受,但每个方向的载荷只能由一个淮安INA轴承承受。背对背安装轴承提供相对刚*的轴承配置,可以承受倾覆力矩。
Back-to-back configuration: the rear code is DB (e.g. 7000/db), the load line of back-to-back bearing is separated from the bearing shaft. Axial loads in both directions can be sustained, but loads in each direction can only be sustained by a Huaian INA bearing. Back-to-back mounted bearings provide relatively rigid bearing configurations that can withstand overturning moments.
面对面配置:后代数为df(如7000/df),面对面匹配轴承的载荷集中在轴承轴上。两个方向的轴向载荷都可以承受,但每个方向的载荷只能由一个轴承承受。这种配置不像背对背配对那样刚*,不适合倾覆力矩。该结构的刚度和倾覆力矩不如DB结构。轴承能承受双轴载荷。
Face-to-face configuration: the number of offspring is DF (e.g. 7000/df), and the load of face-to-face matched bearings is concentrated on the bearing shaft. Axial loads in both directions can be sustained, but loads in each direction can only be sustained by one bearing. This configuration is not as rigid as back-to-back pairing and is not suitable for overturning moment. The stiffness and overturning moment of this structure are not as good as those of DB structure. Bearings can withstand biaxial loads.
系列配置:后码为dt(如7000/dt)。在串联结构中,载荷线平行,径向和轴向载荷由轴承均匀分担。然而,淮安INA轴承组只能承受作用于一个方向的轴向载荷。如果轴向载荷的作用方向相反或存在复合载荷,则bi须添加第三个具有相对串联对调整的轴承。该结构还可用于同一支架上串接三个或三个以上轴承,但只能承受单向轴向载荷。通常情况下,为了平衡和限.制轴的轴向位移,应安装另一个轴承来承受另一个方向的轴向载荷。
Series Configuration: The rear code is DT (e.g. 7000/dt). In the series structure, the load lines are parallel, and the radial and axial loads are evenly shared by the bearings. However, Huaian INA bearing group can only bear the axial load acting in one direction. If the direction of action of the axial load is opposite or there is a composite load, the Bi must add a third bearing with relative series pair adjustment. The structure can also be used to connect three or more bearings in series on the same support, but can only bear unidirectional axial load. Usually, in order to balance and limit the axial displacement of the shafting, another bearing should be installed to bear the axial load in the other direction.
