什么机械设备进口需要机电证？

根据进口设备海关编码查看监管条件，监管条件有O的都需要机电证即O证。

机电证办 理所需材料

Mechanical and electrical conduction materials needed

（一）申请报告。应由进口用户提出申请并盖有公章、内容应含企业概况和拟申请进口的旧机电产品的用途说明等情况。

Application report.The import user shall submit the application and seal of the official seal, content of the company and the use of the used mechanical and electrical products to be imported.

（二）《机电产品进口申请表》。应盖有进口用户公章，表的内容需符合申请报告所述，并确认与网上的电子数据一致。

（三）营业执照复印件。有关证件应在有效期限内。申请进口的产品如果涉及国家对产品的生产、经营及使用者有相关资格要求的，申请企业应提供国家相关部门核发的经营许可证（复印件）。如：《印刷经营许可证》、《水路运输许可证》等。

（四）申请进口的重点旧机电产品的制造年限证明材料（如：产品最初购买时签定的合同，机身（含铭牌）的图片等）。

（五）设备状况说明。

注：1、重点旧机电产品进口实行进口许可证管理。国家机电办负责全国重点旧机电产品进口管理工作。

2、重点旧机电产品进口应由最终用户提出申请。进口重点旧机电产品用于翻新（含再制造）的，应由具备从事翻新业务资质的单位提出申请。

3、进口单位应当对所提交的申请材料的真实性负责，经营活动应遵守国家法律、行政法规的规定。

4、用户需准备一式三份的书面材料，分别报市、省及国家机电办审核存底（省属企业准备一式两份，报省及国家机电办审核存底）。相关依据:《货物自动进口许可管理办法》 《机电产品国际招投标实施办法》 《自动进口许可管理货物目录》
