用途说明：用于地铁轨道上人工手推运行,铝合金便携式手推车。
TXL500轨道运输小车制作说明：
1、单车承载：150-300kg，单车台面尺寸：1750×500mm。
2、可单车单独使用，也可两车组合成整体使用（两车边侧采用插销锁定对接即可成整体使用）。
3、两车组合后台面尺寸：1750×1000mm，组合后承载300-500kg。
4、采用高强度铝合金材质框架制作，面铺花纹铝合金板。
5、每车各配4只Ø80-110mm高强度尼龙材质绝缘轨道轮，常规轮内轨距1420mm，轨间绝缘：≥5-10MΩ。
6、人力推动轨道上直线运行，组合车体重量：约50-60kg左右。
7、颜色：可铝合金本色处理或作银灰色喷塑处理。
8、可定制台面尺寸及承载，承载可定制300kg、500kg，700kg，800kg，1000kg，1500kg，2000kg，3000kg等。
9、特别制作：另可定制加装手推扶手及柄式双轮制动，负载制动距离：≤50 mm（适用于单车）。
