人字形复轨器使用安全操作规程

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 1、人字形复轨器是利用抬高的原则来使车轮复轨，起复时主要就靠它的二条大筋，轮缘沿复轨器表面斜坡升高并向基本轨靠近，利用校正筋调正车轮方向而达到使脱线的轮对复轨的。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 2、使用时在脱轨机车、车辆复轨方向前方，依据脱轨车轮据钢轨的脱轨距离、车轮倾斜方向，选择适当的枕木安放复轨器，人字形复轨器时一定要注意左人右入，千万不可摆反；摆反后它就是一个脱轨器。
