二、工作过程 working process
连锁启动—上料—进入抛丸室—检测工件位置—系统自动输送并记忆工件位置—抛丸器启动—弹丸闸门打开—清理正在输送的工件—工件出抛丸室—由输送机输送—上卸料可同时进行丸料循环，该设备可连续工作。

辊道通过式型钢抛丸清理机适合于型钢及板焊件进行通过抛丸清理，以去掉工件表面上的焊渣、铁锈、氧化皮、污物等，使工件表面呈现金属本色。并最终达到提高工件表面及内在质量的目的。
