锡线的度数越高,焊点质量就越好,其焊锡能力也就越强

从外观上来讲，我们可以从以下几个方面为做个初步的判定：

    1、锡线的软硬度来判定：一般来讲，锡线的度数越高,锡线的硬度就越大；

    2、锡线的光泽度来判定：锡线的度数越高，锡线的光泽度就越接近无铅锡线的银光色光泽；

    3、手拉锡线时拉出的效果：一般来说,度数越低,因为含铅量越高,所以用手拉锡线时留下的黑色痕迹就越重；

    4、锡线焊接时的流动性的好坏，焊点的饱满度和光亮度也是评价锡线质量的一个重要指标。
