杂质对性能的影响
当含碳量介于0.1%~0.3%之间时,在退火后,碳将以石墨状态在晶格间界上析出,破坏了晶粒间的结合力,强烈地降低镍的强度和塑性,使加工变形产生困难。另外碳与铬有很强的亲合力,能形成一系列碳化物。钢中的含碳量愈高,形成的碳化铬愈多,固溶体中含铬量就相对减少,钢的耐腐蚀性能就会降低。硫是有害的杂质,硫与镍形成Ni3S2化合物,Ni3S2与镍在625℃形成低熔点共晶,分布在晶粒间界上,当热变形温度超过共晶熔点时,即沿晶粒间界开裂,产生所谓'热脆'现象。镍在常温时与硫生成的Ni3S2能引起冷脆。
