According to the technical scheme , the method comprises the following steps of : 1 , calculating boron accounts for 17.48 percent according to the chemical molecular formula of boric acid , and then calculating the weight percentage of boric acid to be added in 100 kilograms of boron - containing polyethylene as 46 percent , and designing into 8 percent boron - containing polyethylene sheet .
(2) A hydrolytic agent, which can raise the processing temperature of boric acid to 120 ℃ for a short time without decomposing, can also reduce the melting point of HDPE to 120 ℃, thus solving the problem of boric acid coking.
Uses: nuclear power plant, medium (high) energy accelerator, atomic reactor, nuclear submarine, medical accelerator, neutron therapy equipment, neutron radiation protection.
