一、适用范围：
ND-4型手提式内燃捣固镐是铁路道床养护的一种小型养路机械，主要适用于道岔及繁忙线路上利用列车间隔进行的捣固作业，它具有重量轻、体积小、能优良、坏损率低、上下道方便迅速、操作轻便等优点。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 本机采用汽油机与捣固棒直接连接的设计，主要由汽油机、减振装置、传动轴、振动体和手把组成。其工作原理为：汽油机经离合器、软轴带动偏心铁，产生振幅实现捣固作业。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 1.1检查或紧固机器各部螺栓和螺纹连接处，应连接牢固。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 1.2将汽油和二冲程小松汽油机专用润滑油以50:1的比例混合，并摇拌均匀。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 1.4向偏心块轴承内注油（30号机械油）。注油时，先从套筒端盖上卸下M6x10内六角螺钉，然后用针管向油孔内注油，注油完毕，再将螺钉紧固。首次注入量为20ml，以后每工作100小时注油一次，每次注油10ml。
注意：棒内润滑油不可过量，油面高度以不接触到偏心块下端轴承为宜。

注意：本机器选用的主机为二冲程全方位工作汽油机，请使用汽油和二冲程小松汽油机专用润滑油的混合汽油，否则将影响汽油机工作或造成汽油机拉缸损坏。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 2.2按动汽油机泵膜10次以上泵油，将油门控制手柄关至小（怠速）。若是冷机启动或冬季启动，应关闭风门。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 2.3一手握住捣固镐手把，一手拉住汽油机启动手柄，并使拉绳张紧。迅速拉动启动手柄。汽油机启动后，应慢慢放回启动手柄，打开风门。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 1、请使用二冲程小松汽油机专用润滑油，或该公司推荐的润滑油品牌。有条件时好使用93号汽油，或按汽油机使用说明书的要求用油。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 2、请勿振捣刚物体或板结道床，尽量避免与混凝土轨枕、钢轨碰撞。本机器不适合捣固板结道床。

normal style=tt-indent:0pt;> 4、捣固作业时，可左右摆动机器，请勿扭动手把或撬、拐枕木。

normal style=margin-left:0pt;tt-indent:0pt;> 6、使用中，发现螺纹连接处如有松动，请及时紧固，以免继续使用造成损坏。
