丝网印刷工艺费用依据色彩来决议，色彩数量少，费用低。比较合适出现在服装纸袋印刷和电子产品纸袋印刷上，并且纹样精度极高。出产功率手工丝印（1-5周期/分钟），机器丝印（1-30周期/分钟）。

不过相较于其他印刷工艺，丝网印刷尽管可以进行彩印，但是在色彩上是有约束的，每块丝印板只限一种色彩，所以有多少色彩就至少有多少块丝印板，并且色彩上不能太类似。人力本钱也相对较高，特别是涉及到多色彩印的时分。
